The 3 Inch outside diameter MPD style torque tube in a 28 Inch length, a larger tube than the standard 2.990 Inch series and matched to the MPD 3 Inch torque ball. Tube and ball must be sized together, so confirm which ball is in the car before ordering. Anodized aluminum with 0.005 Inch running clearance.

MPD anodized aluminum torque tubes are turned to ensure 0.005 Inch clearance between the torque ball and torque tube. The torque collars have been lightened with a ball mill to decrease weight. All torque tube assemblies are supplied with an o-ring.
